Record drawings by Kelley Design Group establish complementary two-story plans with covered porches, attached garages, and open first-floor living. Two related residences oriented to Green Forest Drive—light building envelopes, dark window systems, arched entries, and interiors organized around dining, kitchen, and outdoor connections. Plans follow the 2024 IRC with Austin amendments and visitability provisions.
